Characteristics: HBW01 is a new type of material developed by our company for the finishing stand and leading stand of wire and bar mills with the hardness HSD83-89. It has good abrasion resistance, abrasion uniformity, good impact resistance and thermal fatigue resistance, no spalling phenomenon, and is easy to process. During the rolling process, the roll pass is almost unchanged, which can effectively control the negative tolerance of the rolled steels. The surface quality of rolled steels is good and the requirement of cooling water is much lower than that of cemented carbide. Its single groove average steel rolling capacity can reach 3-5 times that of high nickel-chromium roll, and the total steel rolling capacity can ensure 4 times on average. The HSS roll can be continuously used for 12 hours before changing grooves, which effectively improves the continuous operation time of the mill.
