Rolling Mill Roller is tool or mould for plasticizing deformation metals. It is is one of the most important parts of the rolling mill  to determine the efficiency and quality of rolling products. The plastic deformation of the rolled piece occurs through the rotating roll, and products that meet the required shape and dimensional accuracy are rolled out. Other parts on the rolling mill are set up to install, support, adjust, replace the roll and guide the rolled piece to enter the roll correctly.

1.Lower Roll Cost per Tone: It is estimated that the useful life of HSS rollers is almost 5-6 times more than that of conventional rolls. Meaning that over all cost of rolls consumed per tone of finished steel produced is much less.

2.Increase in Production: Because of the longer product life of the HSS Rollers, the time required for repetitive changing of roll pass is considerably reduced.
